Terms of service.

1. The service

LetsConnect is a browser extension for Chrome and Brave on desktop, with a web service behind it. It reads public posts on X in your browser, suggests people in your niches and drafts replies with AI. It never performs actions on X for you. These terms are an agreement between you and LetsConnect. By installing or using LetsConnect you accept them and our privacy policy.

2. You and your X account

• You must be 16 or older and allowed to use X.
• You are responsible for your X account and for everything you post or follow, including AI drafts you choose to send. Read a draft before you send it.
• You agree to follow X’s rules and terms. LetsConnect is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp.

3. Fair use

Don’t use LetsConnect to send spam, harass people, impersonate anyone, or run automation on top of it. Don’t try to get around our limits, human checks or security, or use our AI for anything other than LetsConnect. We may limit, suspend or end accounts that do.

4. AI drafts

Drafts are written by an AI model from your profile, your style and the post you reply to. They can be wrong or not quite you. You can edit or skip any of them. We make no promise about how many people follow you back: that depends on your profile, your replies and the people you meet.

5. Plans and billing

• LetsConnect is currently free to use, with the limits shown in the extension.
• We may introduce paid plans, change prices, or change what the free version includes at any time. We’ll email you before such a change applies to you.
• Nothing is ever charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.

6. Your content and ours

Your posts, your profile and your drafts remain yours. You let us process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. LetsConnect, its software, design and name are ours.

7. No warranty

We work hard to keep LetsConnect useful and safe, but it is provided “as is”. X can change its website or rules at any time, which can affect how LetsConnect works.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions on your X account, which are always your own. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending

You can stop using LetsConnect and delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend the service for you if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and change the service, including its features, limits and plans. We’ll tell you by email or in the extension before important changes apply. Questions: hello@tryletsconnect.com.
